The Palace carries a wide assortment of jewellery, gemstones, plain gold jewellery and gold bar.
Prominent Quality Diamonds
F-VVS and F-VS Diamond Jewellery
The Palace only sells 2 kinds of prominent quality diamonds. They are F-VVS top quality diamonds and F-VS good quality diamonds. The difference between VVS and VS lays only at a difference of 1 Clarity grade, while F has the meaning of Colorless in diamond color grade.
The Use of Karatimeter
To further enhance our customer’s confidence in our services, we also utilize various technologies to assist potential customers in ascertaining the quality of our products. A notable example is the use of advanced Karatimeter to determine purity levels in our gold-based products International standard that is 18K or gold 75%.
Karatimeteris a machine to measure gold’s purity levels accurately with the latest non-destructive method that is using an X-Ray with 99.8% accuracy level. The Palace is the only jeweler in Indonesia with a Karatimeter at every store.
The Palace Only Sells 100% New Products
The Palace only sells 100% new jewelleries. In other words, The Palace does not accept used items to be sold in stores. All jewelleries that are being resold at The Palace will be destroyed and the occurrence will be witnessed by the customers. Customers even have the chance to execute it themselves.
Used jewelleries will be melted and the gold will be purified to be reused as materials to produce new jewelleries. Therefore, even though the jewelleries are damaged or broken, The Palace will still accept to buy customer’s purchased jewelleries.
